About the Association
Queensland Stoma Association Ltd (QSA) is a not-for-profit, self-help organisation dedicated to supporting people living with a stoma — also known as an ileostomy, colostomy or urostomy. A core part of QSA's role is helping members access essential ostomy products through the Commonwealth Government's Stoma Appliance Scheme.
QSA is governed by a Board of Directors elected by members, ensuring strong member representation and accountability. The work is delivered by a small team of dedicated employees supported by a large group of invaluable volunteers. Many people involved with QSA either live with a stoma themselves or have close family members who do.

Membership & Access Fees
The SAS Access Fee is payable once per financial year. QSA membership is complimentary for all SAS participants. Instalment plans are available for financial hardship.

$45 full | $40 concession
Pro-rata rate for members joining in the second half of the financial year
DVA Card Holders: The Department of Veterans' Affairs pays both the SAS Access Fee and QSA membership fee for DVA Gold Card holders and other eligible DVA card holders.
